The moment you walk through the doors you’ll feel like you’re part of the family. Starting on your left, we have our beautiful clinic with four large treatment rooms which will have a Chiropractor, massage therapists, and other health practitioners. Pass the clinic you get into our vast gym space with all the toys you can imagine where we will be running our group classes along with some semi-private personal training.
On the opposite side, you’ll notice our child minding area which will be included in our membership. No need to worry about the little ones interfering with your gym time. Then directly across we will have our spin classroom with 32 state of the art spin bikes with a sound system like you wouldn’t believe. Our high energy spin classes focus on building both aerobic and anaerobic drills to keep your body in tip-top shape.
As you follow along with the hallway, you’ll notice our second bathroom area which then leads to our infrared yoga studio that can hold 29 spots. We will offer a wide variety of different style of yoga classes to accommodate all fitness levels and have some variety.
