What is Pilates?

Pilates strengthens the core while improving mobility, posture, balance, and breath control. The practice focuses on controlled movement and intentional form to create a stronger connection between mind and body.

Expect mindful movement, deep muscle activation, and low-impact training that feels both challenging and energizing.

Many classes also include props such as resistance bands, Pilates balls, foam blocks, and weights.

Infrared Hot Pilates Class

Our Infrared Hot Pilates classes combine full-body strength work with the restorative benefits of infrared heat to create a workout that leaves you feeling strong and energized. These low-impact classes build core strength, improve stability, and challenge the entire body without high-impact movements or HIIT-style training. Expect mindful movement, muscle-shaking moments, plus the post-class glow you’ll love!

Pilates Fusion class

Pilates Fusion

Strength, stretch, and sweat all in one class! Pilates Fusion combines traditional Pilates principles with strength training, cardio, and flexibility work for a dynamic full-body workout. This energizing class improves posture, balance, flexibility, endurance, and core strength while helping build lean muscle. Expect controlled movement, functional strength exercises, and low-impact cardio that leaves you feeling challenged, strong, and refreshed!

We also offer Pilates Express classes:

Pilates Express classes deliver a focused 45-minute workout built around controlled, low-impact movement. Each session strengthens the core while supporting balance, posture, mobility, and body awareness.

The workout targets the abdominals, back, glutes, and shoulders to build lean muscle without high-impact exercises or HIIT training.

Pilates Personal Training

Ora’s Pilates Personal Training is offered by our Instructor, Laine.

Whether you’re just getting started with Pilates or looking to take your practice to the next level, Laine offers personalized coaching tailored to your goals, comfort level, injuries, and movement history.

Each one-on-one session combines intentional movement, core-focused strength work, mobility training, and proper alignment to help you move and feel your best. With a supportive and encouraging approach, Laine helps clients build confidence, improve body awareness, reduce physical limitations, and create lasting strength both inside and outside the studio.
