Group Training
In every session you’ll lift, sweat, move, and recover with a smart mix of strength training, conditioning, mobility, and core work, so you’re never guessing what to do or wasting time on ineffective workouts. Additionally, each workout is fully scalable, which means our coaches can dial movements up or down to match your experience, limitations, and goals. As a result, you’ll get a fun, safe, and challenging session every time!

Spin Class
Ride to the beat, not the clock! Our spin classes are all about high-energy music, curated playlists, and nightclub-inspired lighting for a fun, exhilarating ride every time. During this class, your instructor will lead you through sprints, hills, and intervals while coaching your RPM and form. We ride together, but it’s your workout! Above all, you control the intensity, so every class is fun, challenging, and accessible for all.

Infrared Hot Yoga
We offer both modern and traditional yoga in our infrared heated studio. Choose from yoga-inspired fitness with upbeat music and mood lighting, or more mindful and spiritual traditional classes. In addition to our regular classes, specialty offerings include Meditation & Breathwork, Barre, Shakti-Kundalini, and Buti. Plus, the infrared heat helps support detoxification, reduced muscle tension, and improved circulation.
I started going to Ora a few months ago and I absolutely love it. The trainers and classes are super engaging and I love that there are so many different services all in one facility (spin, yoga, pilates, weight lifting, etc.). I love that the gym organizes the classes in a way where the gym is never overly crowded. The music is also always good. I did not have much knowledge on form when I started at Ora but the trainers have helped me learn so much. Would highly recommend Ora to anyone, whether you are new to going to the gym or are just looking for a new gym community.
I’ve been doing personal training at this gym for almost 3 years, and it’s been an incredible experience. The trainers are not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely supportive, kind, and encouraging. l’ve been attending Ora since February 2023 and it quickly became my second home. Asides from all of the staff from the management to the fitness and yoga instructors being so warm and welcoming, the classes are always challenging (in a good way), the instructors are motivating and always push us to our fullest potential, and the people that come here are so nice and become fast friends.
I workout often and I have made the most progress in my weight loss/ muscle gain journey attending Ora because the classes are never the same! I never feel bored or feel like going elsewhere because every class is a different experience every day! The facility is always clean and the showers and filtered water fountains are just the cherry on top of all the amazing things Ora Fitness & Yoga has to offer.

I absolutely love this gym! I originally came for the spin classes with their club music and light show, but I’ve ended up loving so much more! It’s such a well-rounded experience.
The schedule is super easy to access, and prebooking through the app is a total game changer – no more worrying about showing up to an overfull class like at other gyms. Plus, the group workouts change every month to keep things fresh, and I love that different days focus on different muscle groups, so I always know exactly what I’m training that day.
Even though the classes are group sessions, there’s no need to follow any complicated choreography. The trainers are always there to guide you through the exercises with perfect form and are super friendly – they greet you by name and offer helpful tips to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workouts.
The facility is spotless, beautiful, and welcoming with a non-intimidating atmosphere. Whether you’re new to fitness or a pro, it’s a place where everyone can feel comfortable. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a fun and positive fitness experience!
I love the yoga at Ora. I can’t speak for the fitness classes though. Ever since my very first hot yoga class, I was hooked. Every instructor they bring in to teach is so welcoming and down to earth…. Brenna is my favourite!! The app is super easy to book classes as well and if you run into any issues, Karlie is quick to help via email. LOVE YOU ORA!

I came to Ora at a time in my life when I disconnected with myself. I was a former marathon runner so l wasn’t new to fitness but I had to quit running due to health reasons. I was looking for a new fitness challenge but had no idea where to start and felt anxious about going to a regular gym. That’s when I discovered Ora and my trainer, Tony. The team and environment at Ora is unlike any other place – everyone is so supportive and makes you feel you can do anything – especially my trainer, Tony. He has transformed me from this lean runner who was nervous about lifting to a strong confident woman who can lift like a beast. It wasn’t just a physical transformation but spiritual. Tony sparked an inner knowing in me that I could do anything and I am forever grateful to him for changing my life.

I’m 40+ years old and started at 220lbs when I joined Ora Fitness in June 2023, and now I am down to 180lbs and have been maintaining it for over a year.
