Not motivated to hit the gym? Our Group Training will help your workout routine soar! Our gym workouts incorporate aspects of strength training, conditioning, mobility and more! So you’ll always get the most effective workout. All our group workouts are scalable, which allows our instructors to provide an effective, fun, and safe experience for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.
Our yoga studio offers a variety of both modern and traditional yoga. Our modern classes are yoga inspired with an innovative fitness twist, incorporating upbeat music and mood lighting; while our traditional classes are a more mindful and spiritual yoga experience. We offer specialty classes like Meditation and Breathwork, Barre, Shakti-Kundalini, and Buti. Additionally, our infrared heated yoga studio offers many benefits, such as: detoxification, reduction of muscle tension, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, and lowering of blood pressure.
Our spin classes are all about riding and vibing to the beat of the music! Our instructors provide specially curated playlists, combined with nightclub studio lighting to make for a fun and exhilarating experience every time you ride. Your instructor will guide you through sprints, hills, and intervals all while coaching your RPM. We ride together, but it’s your workout! So you’re always in control of your intensity, allowing for a fun, challenging, and accessible workout for every rider.
The beginner workshop is an entry-level workshop that covers the fundamentals of a handstand. This workshop will cover the following topics:
- Important warm-ups to prevent injury
- Wall exercises to help you gain confidence
- Core strengthening essential to finding your balance
- Alignment tips that are key to handstand success
- Techniques
- Kicking to handstand
These topics break down the handstand into a manageable pieces for a beginner. Exercises and progressions will be provided
Prerequisites: The workshop is suitable for individuals eager to get upside down!
A freestanding handstand is not a necessary prerequisite to participate.
All levels welcome !
Participants should be able to hold at least 10 seconds handstand hold against the wall. (back to the wall)
