Group Training

Not motivated to hit the gym? Our Group Training will help your workout routine soar! Our gym workouts incorporate aspects of strength training, conditioning, mobility and more! So you’ll always get the most effective workout. All our group workouts are scalable, which allows our instructors to provide an effective, fun, and safe experience for everyone, regardless of your fitness level.

Infared Hot Yoga

Our yoga studio offers a variety of both modern and traditional yoga. Our modern classes are yoga inspired with an innovative fitness twist, incorporating upbeat music and mood lighting; while our traditional classes are a more mindful and spiritual yoga experience. We offer specialty classes like Meditation and Breathwork, Barre, Shakti-Kundalini, and Buti. Additionally, our infrared heated yoga studio offers many benefits, such as: detoxification, reduction of muscle tension, improved circulation, weight loss, skin purification, and lowering of blood pressure.

Spin Class

Our spin classes are all about riding and vibing to the beat of the music! Our instructors provide specially curated playlists, combined with nightclub studio lighting to make for a fun and exhilarating experience every time you ride. Your instructor will guide you through sprints, hills, and intervals all while coaching your RPM. We ride together, but it’s your workout! So you’re always in control of your intensity, allowing for a fun, challenging, and accessible workout for every rider.

I came to Ora at a time in my life when I had disconnected from myself.
I was a former marathon runner, so I wasn’t new to fitness, but I had to quit running due to health reasons.
I was looking for a new fitness challenge, but had no idea where to start and felt anxious about going to a regular gym.

That’s when I discovered Ora and my trainer, Tony.
The team and environment at Ora are unlike any other place — everyone is so supportive and makes you feel like you can do anything, especially my trainer, Tony.
He has transformed me from a lean runner who was nervous about lifting, to a strong, confident woman who can lift like a beast.

It wasn’t just a physical transformation, but a spiritual one.
Tony sparked an inner knowing in me that I could do anything, and I am forever grateful to him for changing my life.

I continue to be amazed by Ora’s ability to put, in my experience, truly excellent instructors in that yoga studio.

The truly outstanding instructors are the ones who care about the work that they deliver, the progress that their trainees are making, teach form to protect from injury and get the most out of every single move, teach new things (making the workout a learning space – such a bonus!).
All this makes for the best possible way for us to spend that carved-out hour.

I’m so lucky that I happen to live in a place where I have access to a place like Ora. The studio atmosphere works so well for me, and you bring in these people who impact my health in such a profound way.

The more we learn about the importance of exercise on cognitive function and the ageing process, and the critical role that muscle mass plays in women’s health, the more I live in a space of absolute gratitude for Ora Fitness and Yoga.

Mat Pilates Teacher Training with Shannon Cluff

You already know how good you feel after a Pilates class, now it’s time to bring that feeling to other people. Have you dreamt about teaching what you love? Teacher training starts soon and we’re looking for our next group of rockstar instructors!

What makes us different is that all 50 hours of our training are dedicated to getting you up on your feet leading a fantastic class. Our definition of success is deeply invested in you going on to teach at your favorite studio, gym, or community center immediately upon graduation and we’ll do everything we can to get you there.

Shannon has led Pilates and Yoga classes across the Lower Mainland for over twenty years. During that time she has been a studio owner, a mentor, a teacher trainer, and a manager at several studios. As a trained counselor she is invested in trauma informed practices, body autonomy, and sustainable actions that lead to well-being. She teaches Pilates as a vehicle for transformation on a physical and emotional level and encourages connection and community building in all her classes.

Really love this place! Always very clean, very professional and friendly team. Everyone is always a pleasure to talk to. Have spoken to mark a few times & he has always been very great to deal with! Their yoga classes are definitely my fav!

Really great staff. Love Emily, she is a really good trainer! Facility is beautiful.
Ora Fitness has been my 2nd home for the past 2 years or so. I am extremely thankful for them especially during COVID as it's the main thing that is giving me a routine and positive in my life.I love the variety of workouts and even though it's group classes you feel like it's a personal training session. The trainers that I have had classes with are high quality and super attentive. Plus, everyone is fun and it's more than just a place to workout, it's a community.

We joined Ora about 2 months ago. We came over from another gym that we left after 5 years, just time for a change. We have loved the last 2 months of working out. The trainers are fantastic and very knowledgeable. The workouts are great! The variety of classes is awesome as we are used to 1 option only. The facility it high tech and clean. We love everything about Ora and glad we made the switch
