Can I come if I have aches, pains, or past injuries?2026-01-14T16:21:04-08:00

Often, yes, many people find prenatal yoga helpful for easing back, hip, and pelvic discomfort. That said, this class is not a replacement for medical care. If you’re dealing with significant pain or a high-risk pregnancy, please talk to your healthcare provider first and follow their guidance.

Do I need Yoga experience?2025-12-08T20:03:16-08:00

Not at all. Many people start yoga for the first time during pregnancy. We’ll offer lots of guidance and modifications to ensure everyone is comfortable.

Is this the same as an Ora Infrared Hot Yoga class?2026-01-14T16:20:12-08:00

No, Prenatal Yoga is designed specifically for pregnancy, with movements, pacing, and positioning adapted for your changing body. We avoid practices that aren’t recommended for pregnancy (like deep twists, strong backbends, or anything that puts pressure on your belly).

What if I’m feeling tired or emotional?2026-01-14T16:23:57-08:00

That’s totally normal! You’re always welcome to take things slower, spend more time resting, or simply breathe. This class is about supporting you, not pushing you!

When in my pregnancy can I do prenatal Yoga?2026-01-14T16:19:17-08:00

As long as your healthcare provider is comfortable with you doing gentle movement, you’re welcome. Always check with your provider before starting any new exercise while pregnant.
