What is your favourite part about teaching at Ora?
When teaching Pilates and yoga I like seeing individuals get stronger and also know when to do less. I love how  physical self care allows the nervous system to regulate.
What is your favourite physical activity?
My favourite physical activity is hiking. Breathing fresh air and being surrounded by nature. I hike solo and with friends and am always up for a challenge.
What is your favourite way to relax outside of the yoga studio?
There is nothing more relaxing then hiking to a mountain top and enjoying the view.
