What is your favourite part about teaching at Ora?
Creating a space for growth, confidence, and feel-good energy (always set to a great playlist), where you get a full hour just for you. No distractions, no outside chaos, just breathwork, sweating, laughing, and leaving a little more grounded than when you arrived.
What is your favourite physical activity?
My indecisiveness won’t let me choose just one, so in a single breath: yoga, fusion fitness workouts… and long hikes that end with a great view (and snacks).
What is your favourite way to relax outside of the yoga studio?
Outside of the studio, you can find me climbing up mountains, skiing down them, or daydreaming about my next trip.
