What is your favourite part about teaching at Ora?
The best part of my job is seeing people push beyond their limits. I have witnessed clients transform not only physically, but mentally as well. When someone shares that the workouts I planned have created real, positive changes in their life, it is incredibly rewarding. It reminds me that the dedication and discipline I bring to my work can truly change lives.
What is your favourite physical activity?
My favourite physical activity is strength training blended with mindful movement. It keeps me fully present while challenging my body in a balanced way. I especially enjoy core-focused work, not just targeting the abs, but also strengthening the deep muscles of the back and surrounding areas. These exercises build stability, balance, and long-term resilience, which I believe are essential for strong, efficient movement.
What is your favourite way to relax outside of the yoga studio?
My favourite way to relax outside of the yoga studio is through meditation and spending quiet time outdoors. Whenever I get a chance, I meditate, which helps me stay connected with God and unplug from everything around me. I also enjoy walking in nature and listening to music, as these simple moments of calm help me reset, recharge, and stay grounded.
