What is your favourite part about teaching at Ora?
I love seeing people push themselves and find success in the gym. No matter how small of a change they feel or see in themselves, it’s so exciting to witness their progress!
What is your favourite physical activity?
Anything FAST! I love HIIT and cardio activities like Hot Body or Vibe Ride, especially when we have a banger of a Spotify playlist with heavy bass. 
What is your favourite way to relax outside of the yoga studio?
Hanging out with friends/family is so important for my downtime out of the studio. Whether we’re going to the movies or drinking at a brewery, being with my loved ones always alleviates any stress from my day.
