INFRARED HOT YOGA

All ORA yoga classes are offered in our state of the art FIR (Far Infrared Radiant) heated studio.  Infrared heat is a comfortable heat providing health benefits such as increased flexibility, improved circulation, detoxification, weight loss and pain relief.  Classes are heated up to 100 degrees with 40% humidity. Our yoga studio offers a diverse mixture of both modern and traditional yoga. The modern classes are yoga based with an innovative fitness twist, adding more upbeat music and mood lighting, while our traditional classes are an in-touch, spiritual and slow experience.

WHAT TO WEAR: Light athletic wear that’s not too baggy or restrictive.

WHAT TO BRING:  A bottle of water, yoga mat and towel.

Whether you’re just looking for a simple program to incrementally aid your fitness, or a more aggressive one tailored to helping you shed weight, our trainers can guide you and make the process much more fun and efficient. Our elite trainers design new strength and conditioning workouts every month to keep you on your toes and make sure to ensure proper progression. Have injury? Don’t sweat it, our coaches are certified in the Functional Movement Screen and we’ll give you modifications for certain exercises to still enjoy our classes.

Starting with a thorough functional movement assessment (FMS) and a 60-minute consultation, your trainer of choice builds a custom training plan geared towards your unique goals. ORA CYCLE EXPERIENCE

Not your run-of-the-mill cardio spin class. Burn a lot of energy and improve your mood by releasing endorphins with these heart pumping, high-energy classes. Our spin classes will help you reach your goal with ease; not only will you see physical results, but you will feel better and have more energy in your daily life.

WHAT TO WEAR: Close fitting workout tights or shorts and a light weight athletic shirt. Cycle shoes are not required, but recommended. Inquire with our front desk to purchase yours.
