Lia has been a personal trainer and active part of the local health and fitness community since 2001. Her interest in personal training came from a deep desire and passion to help people reach their physical health goals and acknowledge their inner strength. In Lia’s experience the biggest hurdle for most people was carving out time from our busy schedules for ourselves and making our health and wellness a priority.
Yoga has been a pivotal practice in helping Lia Learn to balance all the different aspects of her own busy life. Through this practice she recognizes the importance of slowing down, breathing deeply and connecting to her self spiritually. She now blends her fitness and yoga knowledge into a class that is sure to challenge you, get a little sweaty and ultimately leave you feeling recharged, connected and empowered.
