How Personal Training works

Step 1 – Free consultation
Meet with one of our trainers for a complimentary 60-minute consultation. We’ll chat about your goals, past injuries, training history, and what you’re hoping to get out of personal training.

Step 1.5 – Movement assessment & goal setting
During your consultation, your trainer will guide you through a simple movement screen to see how you move today. Together, you’ll set clear, realistic goals and timelines.

Step 2 – Custom training plan
Based on your consult and assessment, your trainer designs a program that fits your body, experience level, and schedule. Expect a mix of strength, conditioning, and mobility tailored to you.

Step 3 – Ongoing coaching & progress check-ins
You’ll train 1:1 with your coach, making adjustments as you get stronger, fitter, and more confident. Regular check-ins keep you accountable and make sure your plan evolves with you.
