Spin Class at a Glance
- Duration: 45 minutes or 60 minutes
- Level: All levels
- Intensity: You control resistance
- Bring: Water + a towel
- Shoes: Sneakers
- Arrive: 10 min early if it’s your first ride
What to Expect:
- Before class: Quick stretch + seat/handlebar fit
- During class: Warm-up → intervals/hills → cooldown
- Coaching: RPM cues + form tips
- Pace: Ride with the room, intensity is yours
- After: Quick stretch + you’re out the door!
