Ora’s Fundamentals of Strength Training:

Build a confident foundation in lifting with hands-on coaching

This workshop builds a strong foundation in strength training, no experience required. To start, you’ll learn proper technique for essential movement patterns like squats, hinges, pushes, pulls, and core stability, with a focus on safety, form, and confidence.

Next, our coaches break down each movement step by step, explain why it matters, and show you how to use weights effectively for your body and goals. Along the way, you can expect hands-on coaching, simple cues you can remember, and plenty of time for questions.

Who it’s for:

This class is exclusive to Ora members. It’s perfect for beginners, anyone wanting a refresh, or anyone ready to level up their strength training.

Who it’s taught by:

One of our trainers, either Tommy Hinh or Tony Neifer, will teach each class.

How much it costs:

This class is FREE for Ora members.

What to wear:

For comfort and safety, wear clothes you can move in and comfortable sneakers.

What to bring:

Bring a water bottle.
