Our yoga studio offers a diverse mixture of both modern and traditional yoga. The modern classes are yoga based with an innovative fitness twist, adding more upbeat music and mood lighting. These modern, non-traditional classes are great for students looking for a more fitness based yoga class, while our more traditional classes are geared towards students looking for a more in-touch spiritual, slow experience.

HEART CORE

Heart-Core is a way to sculpt your body from the inside out! This class starts with a challenging Yoga Flow moving into a high intensity combination of exercises to strengthen your entire core. Sweat it out in the infrared optional cardio segments sure to get your heart pounding. This is the perfect class to strengthen and shape the mid section and deepen your yoga practice.

FIERCE FUSION

Are you ready for a challenge? Fierce Fusion will challenge your mind and body in every way. Sweat to the best of the music using Yoga and Pilates based movements with a fitness twist. Using a combination of styles, this HIIT format of calisthenics and weighted movements will sure to leave you drenched and begging for more!

YOGA-PILATES FUSION

Experience this fusion of Yoga-Pilaties exercises combining both challenging yet playful movements to define and tone your body from head to toe. We’ve combined both Yoga Flow with Pilates low impact style movements for maximum results with less impact to our joints. Get ready to sweat and take your fitness routine to the next level using breath, body and mind connection.

SLIDE & SCULPT

Slide & Sculpt is a 30-minute class that utilizes the deep muscles of the core. This is the perfect add-on class for the students looking to enhance core strength or push the limits of their yoga practice. Students practice in socks to facilitate fluid “drag” creating resistance. The majority of movements in this class build deep core strength through exaggerated tucking of the pelvis and intentional rebounding of the spine. In between sets, students move to resting yoga poses to stretch and lengthen. Get ready to slide into that sculpted body!

BARRE FUSION

Barre Fusion incorporates a more creative edge on coordination and strength. Mindful movement creates a balance and grace focusing on core strengthening, flexibility, and muscle toning. Exercise bands, high repetitions and intensity are integrated with an amazing sound system for a fun and efficient burn. This class works something unique each time and has a challenge for all fitness levels!

Turn up the heat and get ready to move! This class combines both cardio and barre fused together. Get ready to torch calories and feel the burn.

Get ready to sweat with this combination class infusing boxing drills, combos and HIIT intervals to build your cardio and define and tone your arms, legs and core. Finish with a 15 minute cool down in Yoga flow with stretch.

Get ready to Tone & Sculpt with this 30-minute fusion of ABS and BUTTS using Yoga and Pilates based movements.
